Privacy notice
This notice covers the Relagent website (the pages you're reading and the early-access form) and the text messages Relagent sends. It doesn't otherwise cover the Relagent app itself, which has its own terms for the companies that use it.
What we collect
When you send the early-access form, we receive what you type: your name, work email, company, how many units you manage, the software you use now and anything else you add.
If you agree to receive text messages from Relagent, we keep your mobile number, a record of your consent, and the messages sent to you and any replies.
To stop spam, the site also looks at the IP address your request comes from and counts recent requests. That count is kept in memory only, for at most a day, and is never written to a database or attached to your request.
Why we collect it
We use your form details only to reply to you about early access, your mobile number only to send the text messages you agreed to receive, and the IP count only to stop spam.
Who processes it
Your request is sent to our team inbox by our email provider, Resend. Text messages are sent through our SMS provider. The site runs on Railway, our hosting provider, and our domain names are managed by Cloudflare. Each handles data only to provide that service to us.
Text messages (SMS) and mobile information
Relagent sends text messages, such as sign-in codes and account notifications, on behalf of the property managers who use the platform. We use your mobile number only to send those messages, as described in our Terms of Use.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We may share information with subcontractors that support our services, such as our SMS provider and customer service tools, only so they can provide those services to us. This never includes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which will not be shared with any third parties.

No selling, no ads, no tracking cookies
We don't sell or share your details for advertising. The site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics or third-party scripts.
How long we keep it
Form emails stay in our inbox until we no longer need them to talk with you. You can ask us to delete them at any time. We keep text message consent and opt-out records for as long as messages may be sent to you, and as long as the law requires after that.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email hello@relagent.io. We'll reply from our team inbox. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any text from Relagent.
Changes
If we change how the site handles your details, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
