These terms apply when you use the Relagent website or receive text messages from Relagent. By using the site or agreeing to receive texts, you agree to them. Companies that use the Relagent app agree to separate terms.
About this site
This site describes Relagent, property management software that is in early access, and lets you request access. Nothing on it is an offer or a promise that a feature is available today; the product page marks what's still in development.
Using the site
Please use the site lawfully. Don't try to break into it, disrupt it, or send spam or harmful content through its forms. What you send us should be accurate and yours to share.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program: Relagent sends text messages on behalf of the property managers who use the Relagent platform. Messages include account sign-in codes and account notifications. You receive them only if you have given your mobile number and agreed to receive text messages.
Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. After you reply STOP, you'll get one message confirming you've opted out and no further texts unless you sign up again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How your mobile number is handled is explained in our Privacy notice. Your mobile number and text messaging consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.
No guarantees
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. We can't promise it will always be complete, correct or online, and to the extent the law allows we aren't liable for losses that come from using it.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
